Located in the commune of Plan-Les-Ouates, this new neighbourhood is an extension of the hamlet of Arare-Dessous. This new district will accommodate the construction of housing, commercial activities, and retail. The landscape proposal is inspired by the landscape character found within the hamlet of Arare-Dessous and is reflected in the new development with the proposed courtyards, gardens, and a country lane. On the roadside, generously planted raingardens collect water and provides a visual filter.
