Périmètre élargi Roseraie – Beau-Séjour

The Champel plateau is separated from the banks of the Arve river by an altitude of about thirty meters. Here, heritage villas and their gardens stand side by side with the hospital complex and soon a new building for outpatient surgery, which will need to be integrated into its site. The adjacent forest and the major trees that punctuate the historic gardens form the vegetated backbone of the district. The esplanade is open to the public, the streets and the paths make it possible to appreciate the calm nature of this neighbourhood and its robust vegetation. Between the buildings, the esplanade opens onto the forest, which is extended into the park and the hospital garden.
